We have a great opportunity for someone to join the People and Safety team working with like-minded colleagues as the first port of call for supporting our people on generalist queries and running the processes that deliver people and safety outcomes and experiences. A key part of the role is to be curious about what can be improved and have a mindset that supports simple yet effective continuous improvement opportunities. This role is for somebody who is passionate about people, has an eye for detail and prioritisation and a strong customer centric ethos.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is highly flexible and adaptable with a strong work ethic who would like to be part of a busy and vibrant team. Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Provide timely, high quality administrative support to people and safety functions
• Be a friendly and supportive advisor on the end of the phone or email for generalist people, training and safety related queries
• Driving continuous improvement and improvements to how we support people and safety functions
• Being a super user of the key systems, we use

Skills and attributes, we are looking for include:

• Minimum five years’ experience in administration ideally in a HR or training role. An understanding of health and safety in a mutli-hazard environment or the desire to learn about this would be ideal

• Proven experience in customer focussed roles that require an eye on the detail

• Be a systems thinker who likes to improve the way we work

• Strong organisational and planning skills
