This position is responsible for all front desk responsibilities as well as providing administrative support to the office. Also responsible for supporting the sales team with document completion and submission, including interaction with customer’s support personnel. This position is instrumental in assuring focused and productive communication with the new and existing clients, as well Marketing and Logistics departments. Resolves inquiries from the clients and ensures customer satisfaction.
