Potentia Looking for Product Architect at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

This healthtech/fintech start up was formed with the express aim of making healthcare more accessible to more people. Technology is at the forefront of that drive. Backed by a who’s who of high profile investors, they have grown dramatically and have broken into the Australian market and the US market (through acquisition). Their primary product, allows employers to contribute to their employees healthcare and they have seen a massive uptake from a diverse range of well-known organisations.

The Opportunity

Having gained momentum with their existing products, they are now about to embark on a drive to build a new product and take it to market. To help them on this journey, they are now looking for a Product Architect to join their small, high-functioning team.

If You Are Passionate About

• architecting and building working class, scalable products
• managing a small team and leading from the front
• setting the technical standards and aligning the team with the technical direction for the coding, design, code quality, system stability and resiliency of their work
• still being hands on and producing high quality code
• inspiring others to innovate and try new things

then this is the role for you.

Ideally You Will Have

• over 5 years of senior level development/architecture experience – React, React Native, AWS
• a truly collaborative leadership style – you encourage knowledge sharing and a culture of continuous improvement
• experience within a fintech organisation
• experience with card payment solutions
• experience and knowledge of CI/CD
• outstanding communication skills (both written and oral)
