QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 4 + years of software sales experience or Solution Selling experience
  • 2 + Years of experience leading/coaching sales teams of more than 10 people
  • Experience using any commercial CRM (experience with Zoho a plus)
  • Understands and enjoys technology
  • Availability for North American Travel

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Proven B2B Sales execution experience, as well as consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager 
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to perform and drive the sales process from prospecting to closing 
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position solutions against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience developing client-focused and result-oriented sales teams
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through consultative sales and customer care
  • Understand market-specific landscapes and trends to propose solutions
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
  • Seeking out SMEs & Mid Market clients and forming commercial relationships with them 
  • Overseeing, Coaching, and Managing a Sales Team of +10 people typically spanning a wide geographical area and under different sales and account management positions
  • Updating and accurately forecasting future sales and developing an ever-growing sales pipeline in line with sales plans according to the marketplace
