PowerFluence Hiring for UX Researcher at Remote Full Time

As a UX Researcher, you will lead continuous discovery and collaborate with a cross-functional teams to inform product vision & strategy for the Company’s Marketing, New Seller Success and Growth seller experiences. You must be proactive, creative, flexible, resilient, and able to handle high levels of ambiguity.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with our product management teams to inform product design decision and development.
• Identify and prioritize research questions based on the emerging priorities, business needs, project goals and risks.
• Employ the best, most relevant research method(s) based on research questions, timelines, and resourcing.
• Conduct all aspects of the user research lifecycle (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, and reporting results).
• Work closely with UX designers in the development and evaluation of personas, journey maps, usability studies, and testing.
• Perform quick but thorough data analysis in order to uncover insightful and actionable results that drive tactical and strategic product decisions.
• Ability to dive deep into qualitative data in order to bring forward new insights that generate product innovations.
• Partner with experimentation, insights, sales, account management, and other teams on research efforts.
• Communicate results and opportunities in clear, concise, and compelling ways to all levels of leadership.
• Deliver impact, as measured by changes to the product design and development roadmap.
• Eagerness to continually learn, grow and improve the craft of UX research.

Deliverables:

• Assist product teams with additional research synthesis and documentation to support working backwards workshops, seller journeys, and personas
• Communicate weekly research findings and insights through various communication mechanisms to inform cross-functional teams and leadership
