PRA Hiring for Senior Front End Engineer Job at Sydney, Australia Full Time

PRA is currently working with one of Australia’s leading finance management companies they have been around for over 150 years and are currently seeking a Senior Angular Front-End Engineer to join the Wealth Technology team. As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will have the opportunity to design and develop software solutions in both Green and Brown field ops that provide seamless digital access to investments, superannuation, and insurance, you will ultimately be helping thousands of families prepare for a stable future.

We are looking to pay $130-160k + Super depending on pending experience.

In the role:
You will joining a ever growing team of 40 engineers as a Senior Front-End Engineer, where you will play an important and significant part in the future of the business. You will also be backed by a fantastic team of people in a can-do, and incredibly supportive structure.

Where you will be responsible for creating new applications or building functionality/screens into several existing applications on a variety of Angular framework. You will also be involved in estimating and story pointing of upcoming projects, which will help the project manager create budgetary guidelines. If you would like to mentor junior members and ensure consistency in direction across scrum teams there is room for a stronger leadership career growth as well.

Skills and experience:

• Experience in Angular stacks, UI development
• Proficiency in technologies such as HTML5, compiled CSS (SASS/LESS), and vanilla JavaScript
• Bonus points for experience creating framework-agnostic web components
• Worked on developing NPM/Node modules, and node libraries
• Modern architectural patterns
