Activity Facilitator

Navan and Drumconrath Day Service

Navan and Drumconrath Day Service provide New Directions led supports to adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. The services are centrally located and within walking distance of local amenities. Our services offers person centred individualised supports that encourages personal development and active participation. Each of our Service Users have programmes that are devised from their individual needs to aid them in working towards or achieving their targeted outcomes. Individual activity plans are person centred and meaningful with a combination of both in scheme and community activities. Each service is led by service user needs and also offers an opportunity to avail of outreach and in reach services.

Activity Facilitator
€25,652 – €35,318 per annum*

*Salary information is based on working full time hours. Salary dependent on qualification/experience. Full time and Part time contracts are available and can be discussed at interview.
