Precision Chiropractic Hiring for Chiropractic Assistant at Austin, TX Full Time

We are a growth oriented chiropractic office integrated into Hill Country Wellness Center in southwest Austin. Our team is looking for a full-time Chiropractic Assistant. Duties will include assisting the clinical staff with patient care, exercises, tractions, therapies, documentation, and necessary administrative tasks. Must have a positive attitude, be detail oriented, trainable, hard working, and work well in a fast paced environment. Experience in a chiropractic or therapy office is a plus, but not required. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in the chiropractic profession, physical therapy, and/or fitness/health/wellness. Responsibilities:

• Deliver the most therapeutically beneficial, professional, and consistent treatments available

• Maintain a safe and clean condition of equipment and treatment areas

• Keep appointments flowing to assure that all patients receive services in a timely manner

• Communicate with team members regarding treatment protocols and case management in regards to care

• Continuous professional and clinical education to improve clinical skill sets and personal growth

Minimum Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology

• Customer service orientation

• Team player

• Excellent communication/organizational skills

• Understanding and strict adherence to the rules/regulations of HIPPA

• Physical ability to do the following for full shift of up to 5 hours: stand, sit, crouch, kneel, walk, reach above head and below waist, apply appropriate pressure to therapies

Office Hours are:

Monday 8:00am – 6:30pm (lunch is 1pm-3pm)

Tuesday 8:00am – 6:30pm (lunch is 1pm-3pm)

Wednesday 8:00am – 6:30pm (lunch is 1pm-3pm)

Thursday 1:00pm – 6:30pm (initially training would happen from 8:00am-11:00am for 2-3 weeks)

Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (lunch is 1pm-3pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
