We’re looking for a team member with

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and graphic software applications such as Adobe Spark or Canva.
• Demonstrated social media experience with platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.
• An Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field, and/or SHRM-CP or HRCI certification

Our teammate will

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
• Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; referring more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
• Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
• Provide clerical support to the HR department.
• Occasionally assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.
• Act as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers.
• Conduct or assist with new hire orientation.
• Maintain the company’s social media pages as they pertain to employee recognition and news, recruitment, etc.
• Produce marketing collateral for recruitment, employee events, newsletters and announcements, training aids and more.
• Assist with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations
