Precision Life Sciences Hiring for Rare Disease (RD) Project Manager – REMOTE at Remote Full Time

The Project Manager is responsible for the oversight of all US Medical Affairs initiatives regarding company integration within the Rare Disease therapeutic area. The Project Manager is responsible for the daily management of all projects ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and policies process requirements.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Coordinate the integration workstreams and communications on deviations/discrepancies to the leads, proactively offering solutions to help progress on specific deliverables
• Work with US Medical Directors and Field Medical Directors to coordinate the strategic and field plans
• Coordinate workstream dashboards in coordination with Commercial, Business Strategy, and Operations and with global counterparts.
• Coordinate and monitor the integration budget
• Coordinate meetings and recording of meeting minutes;
• Work collaboratively with legal/compliance and any supplier for contract and budget requests, development, negotiation, and execution of any service agreements related to the delivery of medical affairs excellence projects
• Establish and maintain a strong partnership with cross-functional partners at the local and global level
• Serve as the central operational point of contact for team members
• Track progress on projects milestones, invoices, and payments;
• May be involved in other tasks to support programs and process optimization activities as needed
