Precision Regenerative and Functional Medicine Hiring for Medical Receptionist at Austin, TX Full Time

Seeking a mature dependable, organized pleasant self-started. The right candidate will possess the ability to multi-task while maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor with the patients and the office staff. The ability to manage time and prioritize duties is essential to the success of this position. This is an essential position to the success and flow of our office.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Answering multiple phone lines
Triage phone messages to the appropriate office staff
Checking patients in and out
Collecting copays and patient portions
Rooming patients and cleaning exam rooms as needed
Scheduling follow up and procedure appointments
Preparing patient paperwork for the following day
Faxing referrals/orders and/or scheduling referrals/orders
Scanning patient documents and data entry of patient demographics

We are willing to invest in the ideal candidate a great amount of knowledge, time and training. Medical training or experience is preferred but not required. More important then experience and training we are looking for a person who posses the intelligences and the willingness to learn and to become a valuable member of our team.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
