IT Help Desk (Remote)-$16.50 Per Hour
Precision is seeking a seasoned tech support agent to join one of our most reputable companies in the West Chester, area. This company provides a fun, engaging, and family-oriented work environment.

You will get the chance to assist customers via phone and chat regarding their technical inquiries.

Our opening is starting ASAP after the interview process is completed. The schedule is Monday through Friday. 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET Paying $16.50 per hour.

IT Help Desk (Remote)-Requirements

• Tech-savvy
• Detail orientated
• Experienced with troubleshooting equipment
• Working with a ticketing system
• Providing detailed customer service
• This person must have call-center and IT troubleshooting experience to be considered.
