Predator Ridge Looking for ACCOMMODATIONS RESERVATION AGENT at Vernon, BC Full Time

Purpose

Reporting to the Central Reservation Manager, this position is responsible for providing

exceptional customer service to all inbound calls & emails, by actively listening and

quickly identifying customer’s needs.

Responsibilities and Accountability

• Act as an ambassador to up-sell and promote all the development’s products,

services.

• Respond to a high volume of calls and emails while maintaining a rapid response

rate per standards provided and with an appropriate level of efficiency and sales

technique.

• Provide appropriate reservations and/or booking solutions with a friendly and

personalized approach.

• Be able to transform telephone and email enquiries

(Accommodations, Tee-Times, and Restaurant) into future reservations.

• Process reservations and accurately entering them into the respective

reservation system(s).

• Promote and selling the resort facilities to guests (Real Estate, Golf Tee-Times,

Golf Academy and Food & Beverage).

• Input rooming lists, collect payments and group amendments.
• Comply with all standard operating procedures and policies of Predator Ridge

Resort.

• Perform other related duties assigned by the management team.

Position Requirements

• Must have strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
• Must be able to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Must be able to multi-task with exceptional attention to detail.
• Must have excellent time management skills.
• Previous experience in customer service is required, preferably in hospitality.
• Must be well-organized and have strong decision-making abilities.
• Must be flexible with work schedule and shifts which will include weekends and

holidays and varying work hours.
