We create business promotional signage including print media, signs, storefront graphics, screen printed apparel, promotional items and more.

Description of role:
Our bustling business seeks an extremely motivated Customer Interaction Representative.

Tasks:

• Answer a 3-line phone system
• Greet customers immediately upon building entry
• Input 20-30 work orders each day into specialty software
• Monitor orders progressing through production
• Receive monetary payments via credit card and cash
• Keep organized AT ALL TIMES
• Take notes, remember names, dates, times, etc.

Skills and Requirements:

• EXTREMELY ORGANIZED to the point of being anal-retentive
• Average computer skills
• Multi-Tasking MASTER – this is an absolute value

• Time management MASTER
• Work well as a team in a fast paced, high stress environment with many differing large personalities

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
The customer service area is behind a plexi glass shield although you will still need to do some customer interaction by taking items (ie Pen, clip board) from a customer and handling them. We use sanitizer on those items after each person leaves.
