Premier Talent Partners Hiring for Personal Assistant at San Francisco, CA Full Time

Premier Talent Partners is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a technology company, based in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you will be the right-hand person for all things personal for the CEO. This is a hybrid position requiring running errands in the area and traveling 5-10% of the time. The ideal candidate will be a Bay Area expert, with knowledge of what to do, where to go, where to eat, what’s new, etc.

Duties:

• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
• Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
• Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
• Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Take minutes during meetings
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Organize and maintain the office filing system

Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality

Pay Rate:

• Salaried @ $170k – $200k per year*
