We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our successful team. This is an extremely exciting role where you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of various cleaners positions to support the customers.

The role will suit someone with a can-do attitude who is self-motivated and is passionate about the service industry and wants to make a difference. Working closely with the Operations and Executive Teams and being part of a high-performing team. We work openly and collaboratively, retaining the agility to bring out the strengths and build the skills of each of our team members.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment of various cleaning positions including Bond cleaners, Commercial Cleaners, Carpet operators, and domestic cleaners.
• Writing and posting advertisements to various platforms
• Managing the shortlisting process, including sourcing, phone screening, and conducting candidates’ interviews
• Effective utilization of social media and other marketing platforms within set budgets
• Establish sound relationships with internal team members to identify recruitment needs
• Managing and updating an accurate internal database
• Manage communication between applicants, hiring managers, and panel members
• Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinating the recruitment process including job advertisements, interviews, reference checks, etc;
• Coordinating the HR onboarding process for new hires;

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience in a Recruiter position Ideally, someone with junior-level HR and/or recruitment experience, but not essential–we will train the person who has the right temperament and aptitude
• Experience with Cleaning recruitment is a strong advantage
• Strong attention to detail with 100% accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Driven, passionate, and career-focused with a professional attitude
• A ‘can do’ approach to ad hoc requests
• High level of written and verbal communication skills,
• Knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite.

Salary: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour
