We have a casual administration assistant role available at our Ross Home residential Care in Dunedin.

You will be providing general administrative assistance to the Facility Manager and staff.

About You

The ideal person would:

  • Be proficient using Microsoft Office suit of products
  • Have organisational skills
  • Have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
  • Be reliable
  • Have attention to detail
  • Be a great communicator
  • Administration experience would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the aged care or social services sectors would be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $2,469.00 per month

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

  • Overtime pay

Experience:

  • Microsoft Access: 1 year (Preferred)
