Presbyterian Support Otago Looking for Administration Assistant at Otago Full Time

The Role

Support the lives and wellbeing of older people living at an Enliven residential home by providing efficient and effective administrative support. In this role you will ensure administrative tasks are undertaken with attention to detail, key database systems are maintained, and assistance is given in recruitment and onboarding activities.

Hours: 30 hours per week, 9:30-4pm, Monday to Friday

About You

• Be proficient using Microsoft Office suit of products
• Have organisational skills
• Have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
• Be reliable
• Have attention to detail
• Be a great communicator
• Administration experience would be an advantage
• Knowledge of the aged care or social services sectors would be an advantage
