President Global Homes Ltd. is looking for a full-time Operations Manager to oversee the and improve the company’s daily operations to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Continuously monitor and assess the company’s overall performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to improve operational efficiency across all departments.
· Ensuring the company follows all corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures.
· Develop training programs to ensure that employees are fully trained on the company’s operational policies and procedures.
· Managing budgets for contracts, projects, and supplies.
· Maintaining relationships with external stakeholders and other service providers.
· Hiring and training staff and managing workflow.
· Preparing reports and briefs for management committees to evaluate administrative services.
Qualifications:
· Completion of post-secondary education is required.
· 3 years or above experience in operations management or business administration.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
