Prestige Group Hiring for Construction Administrative Assistant at Remote Full Time

Job will consist of being a main point of contact from vendors, clients, and subcontractors. Solicit quotes from suppliers and various construction services teams, and prepare forms such as change orders, purchase orders, service agreements, and subcontracts accordingly. Being able to create and manage excel sheets, assist in general file organization (in the cloud), and manage a CRM daily for out and incoming calls. Blocks of time will be made for weekly sales calls and customer appreciation.

Someone of this position would have experience completing AIA form applications, Lien waivers, sworn statements, and be proficient behind a screen. Experience in the cloud, Adobe, Procore, and Blue Beam is highly valued. Being highly comfortable on the phone is a must.

Can work remotely or be provided space in a physical office in Downers Grove or Orland park, IL as well as Bozeman, MT.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour
