Looking for Local Applicants. Must have construction experience.

Prestige Steel Buildings is looking for driven individuals who are looking to benefit off their hard work. Base minimum salary to be supplemented with profit sharing off buildings sold. Sales experience and people skills a must. The applicant will also be required to assist the construction manager on site with inspections and basic clean ups.

Responsibilities:

• Steel Building Design and Sales
• Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients and contractors
• Keep track of project progress and update relevant parties on changes or delays
• Respond to client inquiries and gather feedback on completed projects
• Handle invoicing and payment processing for completed projects
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records
• Assist Project Managers with preparation of project estimates and proposals
• Support in ordering materials and equipment as needed for projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget

Requirements

• Knowledge of MS office applications
• Knowledge of different construction methods
• Must be detail oriented and self-motivated
• Must have a willingness and ability to learn
• Promptness and good time management skills are an asset
• Promotes positive communication skills to liaise with other employees to enable the company to achieve its goals and objectives
• Must be proactive and strive to improve methods and procedures to gain efficiency

Salary: $45,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
