PrideStaff Hiring for Front Desk Receptionist Job at Golden, CO Full Time

PrideStaff is actively searching for a part time front desk receptionist. This position is perfect for a college student or someone that prefers the afternoon early evening hours.

In this position, you will greet guests entering the building and help direct them where they need to go. In addition, you’ll be responsible for answering and managing the phones.

Job Responsibilities :

• Greet people entering the building
• Answer a multi-line phone system and route calls
• Accept deliveries and mail
• Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone
• Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter.
• Ability to learn reservation system and input reservations on hard copy as well as on online system.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Computer proficiency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently
