Want to work full time, 4 days a week and get a day off during the week?

We are Primary Care Partners, the largest private family physician’s office in Lincoln. We have expanded to 3 locations and are continuing to grow! To help us on our journey, we are looking for full time front office personnel to assist us in scheduling and registration.

We are not new to Lincoln, we have been in practice here for over 40 years. We see patients Monday – Thursday from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, Friday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, and on Saturday from 8:00 am – noon.

The general duties of these positions include:

• Being the happy face that greets patients as they check in for their appointment.
• Scheduling patients for their next appointment.
• Assisting patients when they call us
• Processing their medical records

In these positions, the hours are 7:00 am – 5:00 pm with an hour for break/lunch. You then get a full day off each week! If you work the Saturday shift, your will be paid at time and a half of your hourly rate (even if this does not exceed your 36 hour week).
