As an Email Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing daily phone support to customers The work day an Email Support Specialist is assigned to help customers through email chat support. These segments will be assigned by the supervisor and may change daily based on the company’s needs.

Responsibilities:

– Accepting and/or initiating email communication.

– Contacting partners and customers to collect personal payment info & signatures.

– Creating and confirming customer accounts and contacts.

– Answer inbound support phone calls and respond to emails from customers and partners.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

– PC skills; Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, & Outlook required**

– Customer service skills (1-3 years of front-line support)

– Strong written and verbal communication skills

– Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task

– Ability to work under pressure with strict time deadlines

– Flexible schedule
