Primary Talent Partners has a 6 month contract opportunity with a mulitnational gas company in Dallas, TX!

Note: This position is not available for C2C or sponsorship of any kind.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Job Responsibilities :

• Submit invoices into customer portals in a timely manner
• Submit price change notifications into customer portals in a timely manner
• Communicate issues with PO’s or funding to the proper channels
• Maintain invoice submission and price change tracker
• Update prices in Oracle R12 operating system
• Provide reports to customer service manager and sales associates when requested and applicable.
• Support customer certificate of analysis requirements

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels in an organization.
• Ability to effectively utilize MS Word, Excel and Google Sheets.
• Advance Excel Skills – sorting, pivot tables, vlookup, etc.
• Basic Analysis and basic math skills
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability and willingness to work extra hours if necessary in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Very detail oriented; attention to accuracy is very important
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle HIGHLY preferred)
• Previous customer service experience

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
