The role requires the ability to understand and investigate processes, products and systems within the securities and capital markets industry. Analysts must be able to translate business processes and product strategy into logical requirements that can be understood by software development and technology teams.

Successful candidates are expected to have practical experience with delivering Enterprise Risk solutions at Capital Markets institutions in the following areas:

System analysis
Business requirement documentation
Workflow analysis
Data mapping
End to End testing

Successful candidates will be expected to:

Gather and analyze business needs for risk/trade capture financial systems & propose technology solutions.
Work with risk managers including the office of the CRO to identify gaps in their existing risk solution and ensure those gaps are covered in the strategic implementation.
Drive projects from requirement analysis through production deployments, including performing data analysis on extensive data sets in context with business requirements to define data model.
Liaise between end user and development teams to deliver solution.
Create test strategy & scripts.
Execute systems integration testing.
Coordinate UAT & user demos, and create user guides.
