Responsibilities for Data Entry Clerk

• Assist with routine data collection, maintenance, and quality control.
• Follow established protocols for importing and processing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual data feeds under the direction of the Database Manager/Programmer.
• Collaborate with members of data and analytics team to collect and analyze data.
• Generate routine reports under the direction of Chief Analyst.

Qualifications for Data Entry Clerk

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with techniques for monitoring data validation, data integrity and quality control.
• Basic familiarity with SQL is preferred.
• Familiarity with PowerBI is preferred.
• Adaptable and willing to grow and learn with the role.
• Strong attention to detail and a quantitative mindset.
