What Are we Looking For?

The KIND Field Sales Display Expert is responsible for driving the development and growth of the KIND business through all key channels [retail, convenience, wholesale, non-trad] in Ireland by implementing excellent in-store brand execution with best in class brand display.

The individual is responsible for halo accounts, key group accounts, mainstream retail accounts and non-trad accounts with a big focus on driving KIND display activation across the trade. This individual will be working in conjunction with the Mars Field Sales Team and wider KIND Mars team to deliver best in class in-store execution of KIND and explode the visibility of the brand in trade.

What Your Day Will Look Like?

• Maintain and grow the Customers displays and availability within specified outlets as detailed on a journey plan.
• Adhere to a defined retail call file and journey plan accordingly.
• Achieve the ‘Perfect Store’ in each outlet.
• Monitor product availability and resolve any issues.
• Understand and identify the needs of the customer.
• Recognise objectives and to tailor activities in store to achieve these objectives.
• Ensure planograms and promotion displays are fully adhered to in store.
• Provide feedback at regular intervals to the management team.
• Plan and organise time effectively.
• Generate new ideas and ways of working.
• Consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers.
• Ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks.
• Communicate effectively both in-store and with colleagues.
• Ensure high standards are maintained at all times.
• Develop presentations and reports as required by management.

What skills you need for this role?

• A good understanding of FMCG sector and a keen interest in consumer activities.
• Results Orientated with excellent attention to detail & ability to plan and organise work load.
• Quick learner, used to working in a fast-based environment.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain and grow working relationships both with Customers and Colleagues alike.
• Adaptive to situations, and customer requests.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and on own initiative.
• Enthusiasm to develop within the role.
• Strong ability to influence sales & merchandise.
• Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Experience with start-up FMCG brands Sales & Marketing, this is not essential but a ‘nice to have’
