What We Do
We move 1 million boxes per week, we have over 100,000 square foot of warehousing and we employ over 600 employees across the Group, from warehouse operatives, transport drivers, field sales representatives and many support roles based in our Head Office located in Ashbourne, Co.Meath. Primeline is multifaceted, and we operate across many industries including FMCG, retail, pharmacy, media, automotive, print, ambient food and technology and we provide cutting edge supply chain solutions to companies operating in Ireland. We currentlyservice over 4500 retailers.

What Will Your Day To Day Look Like?
You will be responsible for prompt query resolution for all customers – Phone / Email
You will communicated any issues to various internal departments e.g transport, operations
You will update internal systems with details of shortages / delivery issues communicated by carriers / drivers
You will create and arrange uplifts and ensure they are completed to customer satisfaction
You will complete Customer Service Issues Log, where required You will ensure all POD’s are returned as per customer SLA – working closely with carriers to ensure same
You will carry out Customer Billing using correct customer discrepancy codes as per customer SLA’s You will complete Customer Book In’s, updating internal systems and advising transport / carrier of details You will be responsible for Month End & Period End Close offs as per customer timelines
You will generate and issue of Logistics reports for depots and ensuring completed reports returned within agreed timeframes.
You will attend Client Operations Meetings as requested. You will generate POD reports – work with team to ensure that all POD’s are noted and scanned
You will key customer orders where required.
What Skills Do You Need For This Role?
You must be eligible to legally work and reside in Ireland
