Primeproperty Group Looking for Front Desk Letting Agent at Mount Victoria Full Time

Prime Residential is seeking a Front desk Letting Agent to contribute to the ongoing development of our company and tenants from across the residential portfolio.

About the role:
This is a newly established role in the company, reporting to the Facilities and Operations Manager. Your main duties include selling Room stock from the front desk at St George Accommodation and dealing with our tenants from across the residential portfolio. This role includes external communications and managing on-site visitors. This position requires a quick thinker with good communication and administration skills.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Application Processing, Tenancy Agreements, and tenancy life cycle
• Payment Processing and Debtor Management
• The processing and filing of Communications and Enquiries
• Receiving and distributing Inward Goods and Mail
• Sales and Vacancy Reporting
• The front face for St George Accommodation and the wider portfolio
• New Bookings, allocate rooms, and arrange viewings
• Maintenance of filing systems/tenant documentation

About you:
Experience is not necessary, as long as you have a can-do attitude with a willingness to learn! We are looking for someone to join our team who is used to and thrives on working in a busy environment and is confident in working with people at all levels of the business along with:

• Highly effective planning and organisational skills, including time management and prioritising within a complex work environment with competing priorities
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Ideally knowledge of RentHQ
• Previous experience with knowledge of the Mediation/Tenancy Tribunal process, tenancy agreements, and health and safety is preferred but not necessary
• General technical savviness to manage our internal systems

We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, agile, adaptable, and flexible with an ability to work collectively and maintain confidentiality.
The successful candidate will be strongly customer orientated with demonstrated experience in providing high quality and timely customer services
