PrimeStaff Services LLC Hiring for Remote Recruiter at Remote Full Time

Position: RECRUITING SPECIALIST – Remote!!! No weekends! Room for career growth and management opportunities!

Duties:

• Work closely with the Human Resources Manager in recruiting new employees.
• Will lead advertising, recruiting, and screening of candidates for open positions.
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting of professional, skilled, and unskilled positions.
• Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Coordinate interviews with appropriate hiring managers.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking System to post open positions and communicate with applicants.
• Provide recruiting reports to Human Resources Manager and appropriate department managers.
• Other Human Resources functions that may need to be performed as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 + years of recruiting experience; preferably with remote/home office experience included in work history.
• Strong organizational skills; must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization and from various walks of life.
• Continuous attention to detail with 100% accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive.
• Previous work with Applicant Tracking Systems a MUST.
• Commitment to professional video conferencing as needed to meet with team or client.
• Attendance on the job each and every day is absolutely essential to the efficient operation of the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
