Prince Accountancy Corporation is a well-established CPA firm that has been in operation since the 1980’s. We are located in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa, surrounded by countless restaurants, breweries and ongoing events. We assist our clients in all matters of accounting, but the main focus and specialty is taxation. Our daily routine consists of preparing a wide range of tax returns, amendments, projections, meeting with clients and advising. We urge employees to ask questions, engage, join in with discussions and be a team player. We are currently looking for an individual who will be able to engage with our clients and take charge of the day-to-day tasks.

List of responsibility’s

-Greeting and interacting with clients

-Interaction with staff

-Photocopying

-Answering and returning phone calls

-Responding to emails and faxes

-Scheduling appointments

-Scanning paperwork

-Organizing tax data

-Prepping files for daily appointments

-Assembling finalized tax returns

-Managing all office vendors

-Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

-Strong computer literacy

-Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

-Self Starter

Compensation/Benefits

$45,000 to $55,000

2 weeks paid time off
