Prince George Surgery Centre is seeking a full-time Office Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth and efficient clinical and financial operation of the PG Surgery Centre Administration office. The Office Manager ensures all patients are communicated with, pre-operative paperwork is completed and processed, and Physicians and Nurses are appropriately scheduled well in advance of surgery or other procedures. Accurate and timely time-sheet tabulation, invoicing of surgery, and patient relationships are important in this position.
The successful candidate, who is self-motivated and able to work independently, should have:
· Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
· Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and decision-making skills.
· Excellent time management skills; and the ability to deal with multiple tasks and deadlines.
· Post-secondary education in Business
· At least 2 years experience leading and supervising teams in an office environment; and experience with financial transactions
· The ability to deal with sensitive situations and confidential information.
