What You’ll Do
Further your career today as a Sr IT Sourcing Consultant on our Global Sourcing team! Our consultants negotiate strategic IT contracts to solution hard problems in ways that benefit our customers while strengthening our business. This team is passionate about providing the most value to our business partners.
In this role, you’ll help us transform the way we deliver value. We’re targeting highly motivated IT Sourcing professionals who can encourage innovative solutions that bring value to the enterprise. You’ll work closely with key partners to develop effective negotiation and cost reduction strategies, through dynamic requirements that are tied to strategic level business and information technology objectives.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
Negotiate technology hardware, software and services contracts
Mentor and influence internal and external leaders and teams to promote standard processes in category management and achieve business results
Develop sourcing initiative strategies according to the total cost of ownership model, internal data and market intelligence
Provide subject matter expertise while managing all aspects of strategic sourcing for high complexity (dollar and risk) third-party needs including: supply & demand planning, supplier selection, and contract review and negotiation
Collaborate with internal leaders to develop procurement requirements
Support audit compliance and risk management efforts
Support overall category management objectives
Provide market and industry intelligence, innovation, and standard methodologies
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree
6+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, IT vendor management, or supply chain
Experience in IT Sourcing/Procurement or a background in technology preferred
Experience in demand/supply planning and spend analysis/supply chain mapping preferred
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with external and internal partners at all levels
Demonstrated ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
Skilled at solving challenging problems and influencing others
Strong oral and written communication skills are vital
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range
$95200 – $182400 / year

Work Environments
This role offers the ability for in-office, hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You’ll work with your leader to determine which option may align best based on several factors.
