Printpack Inc Hiring for Skilled Production Worker at Rhinelander, WI Full Time

Printpack-Rhinelander is looking to fill Skilled Production positions such as Operators and Technicians. These positions work the rotating 12-hour shift schedule and pays between $21.85 – $31.20 per hour plus $2.50/hr shift premium while working the night shift. Starting wage is negotiable based on experience.

Operators have the potential to make up to $34.61/hr. + $2.50/hour night shift premium.

How you will contribute: Your day-to-day?
Operators and Technicians are responsible for:
- Modeling the Printpack Core Values of: Treating People Right, Caring About What We Do, Being Focused On Achieving Results, and Doing What We Say We Will Do
- Ensure your own safety while assisting in the operation of the machine operations
- Meeting Production Goals
- Daily Housekeeping
- Communicating within your team, across departments and job functions
- Using business and office software
Competencies include but may not be limited to:
- Teamwork, flexibility, stress tolerance, integrity, initiative, problem solving, cross functional awareness, drive & concern for excellence
- Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot problems
- Multitask, be self-directed & timely
What you will need?
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires standing for long periods
- Requires lifting of 50 lbs.
- Ability to work rotating 3/2-night shift schedule (Panama Schedule)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read a tape measure
