Our client, a leading multinational, is looking for a qualified Management Account based in Dublin City Centre for an initial 7-month contract.
Requirements:
· Qualified CIMA/ ACCA/ACA Accountant
· Minimum 2 years financial accounting experience
· US GAAP knowledge an advantage
· Strong understanding of local statutory requirements
· Reconciliation of financial and non-financial information
· Good working knowledge of SAP
· Experience in preparing financial reporting packages
· Experience in planning, forecasting and budgeting
· Preparing ad-hoc analysis and reports
· Good oral and written communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to delegate as well as working independently
· Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities:
· Set up and coordinate engagement work, financial management processes, tools, and reporting structure and analysing financial results for the engagement team and clients
· Monitor Internal Control and US GAAP compliance
· Monitor engagement profitability and identify and coordinate the resolution of issues
· Prepare costing proposals for contract additions/extensions
· Ensure compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements
· Execute or assist in documentation of internal financial processes: project numbers, sales and backlog reporting, financial reporting package
· Perform or advise on engagement shutdown activities: prepare, review and collect final bill, perform final reconciliations,
· Prepare or review costing and pricing
· Execute or advise on client/program financial processes: assist/develop financial reporting package, develop bill template and establish/manage collection process
· Perform or advise on comparison of performance data to metrics, and prepare compliance reports
· Manage or assist in management of working capital and explain anomalies
· Manage or assist with capital assets and associated depreciation/ technology rental equipment
· Manage or assist with engagement balance sheet position and review/approve necessary engagement level accruals/prepayments
· Monitor job balance and reconcile expenses and fees – match expenses paid to expenses incurred, chargeable expenses to client billings and fees collected to client billings
