Priory Education Hiring for Receptionist/Administrator Job at Tavistock, England , UK Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist/Administrator to support the Admin team and work closely with the staff across our Devon Children’s Services sites.

Devon Children’s Services specialises in high quality residential and educational provisions for children between 7-18 who may have SEMH and /or Autism. The safeguarding and wellbeing of our young people who may have experienced challenges in their lives is always paramount; along with encouragement to achieve their full potential.

Devon Children’s Services currently have two educational settings, Quay View School and Tor View School, and four Children’s Homes in Tavistock, Gunnislake and Okehampton.

The job role will involves manning the main reception desk, so a good telephone manner and good interpersonal skills are essential. You will also be involved in, entering reports onto our systems, planning meetings, training, processing employee timesheets, recruitment and other ad hoc tasks.

Experience of reception and/or administration work is essential, experience within a school setting is desirable.
