We have multiple opportunities for Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a permanent basis in the Medical Device Industry. 

Day to day duties will include:

• Managing incoming enquiries and requests from customers and internal teams via phone, email and in person
• Entering orders, data entry and coordinating collections
• Updating customers with timeframes and delays to orders
• Processing quotes and warranties

You’ll need: 

• Great communication skills, verbal and written
• A people focused personality
• Good administration skills
• The ability to problem solve 
• Administration and sound computer skills 
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn 
• To be able to collaborate with others and adapt to change 
• A clear MOJ check and to be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
