Private Advertiser Looking for at Tauranga Central, Bay of Plenty Full Time

Residential Building Services Ltd supports the Jennian Homes and Milestone Homes franchisee groups & other NZ building companies with draughting services.  We are seeking a Consents Administrator to assist the Draughting department with the accurate processing of building and resource consent applications. 

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Processing all consents applications
• Administering enquiries relating to consent applications
• Liaising with local and national authorities on the consent process and status
• Maintaining high standards of quality control

To be successful in this role you need to have:

• Some knowledge of the consent application process
• Strong IT skills including using supplier applications
• The ability to work unsupervised
• A high level of commitment to meeting deadlines
• A strong work ethic and desire to achieve results

Based in our Tauranga office, you’ll be supported by a great team in a busy environment.
