About the business:

We are a national wholesale company with huge growth potential and are seeking a Warehouse Administration professional to join our team in a newly created role based in our Mt Wellington Warehousing Facility.  

About the role:

Reporting to our National Operations Manager (NZ) your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the warehouse operations in all functions of support services
• Develop/maintain excellent professional relationships with all Sales staff and all Office Support staff.
• Participation in specific project related tasks as required.
• Ensure the effective and responsible use of all company resources.
• Conduct work in line with the company Occupational Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Provide timely internal and external transport customer satisfaction and reporting
• Other tasks that from time to time may be nominated by the General Manager and National Operations Manager
• Any other adhoc tasks as requested by the Operations Manager.

Skills and experience:

• Previous experience in an Operations Administration/Support role
• Reliable and punctual (must be available full-time)
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Must be computer literate 
• Experience with Pronto would be advantageous upon application.
