The position’s primary responsibility is to work with the sales team as well as other departments and outside agencies to ensure customer’s accounts are handled efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone and direct calls
Maintain contact lists
Placing and expediting customer orders
Support sales team as required
Prepare sales related documents using QuickBooks and other office programs
Assist sales department with multiple customer accounts including quoting, order entry and project management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business – preferred
Minimum 5 years’ experience working in an inside sales support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Highly organized, attention to detail
Experience with QuickBooks – a must
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Adobe
Experience with Salesforce – preferred
Pass drug screen
