Privatus Care Solutions Hiring for Data Entry (Contract) Job at Garden City, NY Full Time

The Data Migration Contractor will support the implementation of a new enterprise software platform by assisting in the migration of data from the existing platform. High attention to detail is essential to ensure the accuracy and correct location of migrated data.

This is a 40 hour/week position working Monday through Friday in our office located in Osterville, MA.

Essential Job Duties:

• Audits data to be migrated and identifies any errors or omissions
• Compiles and manually enters data where automated migration is not possible
• Pulls reports and formats data into existing templates
• Audits migrated data for accuracy
• Other duties as assigned by Executive Director

Education/Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience with data migration; familiarity with data exports and reporting, experience with EMR platforms or other health care related software preferred
• Intermediate level Excel skills
• Prior office experience preferred
• Full COVID vaccination required

Essential Skills Required:

• Analytical with the ability to understand the data migration process and mapping of data fields
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong typing skills
• Experience working with databases, spreadsheets and multiple software platforms
• Independent self-starter with demonstrated time management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Punctual and dependable
