Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer service to both internal and external customers, as well as collaborate with customers and service center personnel to resolve concerns. Responsibilities:
· Responds to inquiries or issues in a timely manner on the phone, chat, and/or email.
· Resolves issues by clarifying the concern, determining the best course of action, explaining the solution, expediting correction including processing parts order(s) and/or service authorization, and following up to ensure resolution.
· Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
· Records customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Must have experience in the appliance industry.
High School Diploma with 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
· Proficient computer skills – MS Office Outlook, Excel, Word
· Experience in a SAP environment preferred
· Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in escalated situations.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
