PROAMPAC Hiring for Administrative Assistant Job at Auburn, WA Full Time
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for greeting visitors and directing them to their appropriate destinations, managing the Auburn facility switchboard, segregating and delivering of incoming mail, daily distribution of ProAmpac performance reports as well as assisting customer service reps when requested.

Key Responsibilities:
Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
Maintains filing systems as assigned.
Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
Maintains a system for recording expenses and the use of petty cash.
Assists with customer service administrative needs.
Prepares onboarding materials for new hires.
All other duties as assigned.
Entry level pay $22-$24 hr
