Probata Corporation is a leading provider of Calibration & Metrology Services. We have been an A2LA Accredited Calibration Laboratory for almost 20 years with an extensive calibration scope. We have a diverse clientele consisting of oil, gas, manufacturing and aviation related companies. In business since 1987, Probata has provided quality products & services our customers depend on.

Responsibilities:

• Interface with customers via email, telephone & in person
• Enter data accurately from paperwork and directly from customers
• Verify data from source documents
• Sort and organize paperwork after data entry
• Retrieve data from data bases and electronic files
• Filing
• Order office supplies
• Additional tasks as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Friendly & reliable
• Data entry/reception experience strongly desired
• Intermediate level proficiency of Excel (Generate data sheets with calculation formulas)
• Proficient in 10 key
• Knowledgeable in Outlook email & Microsoft Word
• General database knowledge desired (Extract & transfer data)
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Minimum of High School Diploma
