Description:
In this role you will be responsible for handling inbound calls to assist New Zealanders with the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and providing them with appropriate guidance. You will provide the customer (both businesses & individuals) with all the information they require and show empathy towards their situation. From time to time you may also be required to make some outbound calls to complete customer enquiry.

Some key details you need to know:
Casual positions commencing immediately

$25.45 per hour

You must have full working rights – up to 40 hours per week

Operational Hours – you must be available to work up to 40 hours per week – Monday to Sunday 8am – 8pm rotating roster

This role is 100% working from home. You are required to provide your own equipment

Tech Requirements: Windows 10 based PC or laptop and a headset with a microphone.

Additional requirements include reliable internet connection. Please note that Apple Mac computers are NOT compatible with our systems for this role

Skills and Experiences:
You will have:

Strong communication skills – written and verbal

Ability to work in a fast paced high call volume environment

Ability to work autonomously

ID – Overseas passport + valid visa OR

NZ passport OR NZ birth certificate with a NZ drivers licence
