Job Role

We hire great people with commitment, drive and passion for what they do. The Material Handler position is here to assist the Operations and Logistics Team in the day-to-day activities. This person will help maintain inventory by picking and pulling items for the Operations Team, as well as assist in the warehouse, including our 3rd party warehouse by maintaining the area sand showing ownership of their workspace. Responsibilities include:

• Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling and ensuring items are properly in a bin through our ERP system.

• Prepare jobs by picking and pulling items/components from inventory. Will deliver all materials and supplies to the operations team.

• Will evaluate, recommend and implement improvements to the current warehousing system.

• Will prepare all finished goods by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading and securing the product. Must ensure all items are delivered to the proper location and binned correctly.

• Will assist Logistics Team with loading and unloading trucks.

• Will assist operations with assembly projects.

• Will be in close communication with the Logistics and Operations Team and must be able to express themselves in a professional manner.

• Must comply with all quality and safety regulations.

  Qualifications

  We are looking for people with :

• Proficient Forklift Operation

• Ability to read and analyze information

• Adept at handling complex tasks simultaneously

• Proficient with prioritizing and meeting deadlines, excellent time management skills

• Excellent process improvement mindset

• Knowledge of inventory control

• Able to lift 50lbs or more

• Data entry skills

• Must be organized, detail oriented and have the ability to read, write and communicate effectively with other employees in the organization
