Proclinical is seeking a R&D Technician located in Irvine, CA with a leading biopharmaceutical company.

Job Responsibility:

• Perform study tasks and assist in evaluating non-clinical in vivo studies to provide safety data for discovery, pre-development, development, and market support.
• Provide consistent and high quality daily in vivo technical research support, adhere to all regulatory requirements in conduct of animal studies, maintain an understanding of operational facts, techniques, equipment, data bases, and technical support as related to laboratory animal research.
• Review, comprehend and comply with all SOPs and regulatory requirements pertaining to in vivo research

Skills and Requirements:

• A.S. or B.S. in biology, biochemistry, chemistry or related scientific fields where hands-on in vivo experience was gained, or High School diploma in combination with 1-4 years non-clinical experience, or other suitable combination of education and specific experience.
• Laboratory experience with animal handling, including dosing and sample collection
