provide overall support to two Senior Directors consisting of independent and administrative work that covers a broad range of responsibilities.

Some of the responsibilities include calendar management, coordinating travel, visas, expense reports, business meetings and logistics, and special events. The ideal candidate should have a high comfort level with programs and systems such as Webex, Concur, Coupa, IT Access, Workday, and Microsoft Office 365 suite.

You will be a critical partner to leadership as well as an important member of the team.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education.
  • Strong technology skills and proficiency in Outlook, WebEx, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, in addition to other technology.
  • Strong organization and able to meet multiple deadlines with excellence.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Relocation is not paid.
