At P&G, our communications group is responsible for representing our brands to outside partners like legislators, regulators, journalists, beauty editors, advertising clearance authorities, environmental scientists, consumer associations, and NGOs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define Citizenship (Sustainability, Equality & Community Impact) communication strategy and ensure we get the right partners to implement plans.
• Co-lead the plan and execution cause-related Brand Plans/Customer Plans.
• Lead plans execution for donations plans and ensure is in line with stewardship guidelines.
• Lead United Way plans and P&G employees payroll deduction process.
• Lead Annual Citizenship Report and internal/external communication assets.

Qualifications

• Available to work in Huixquilucan, Estado de México.
• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher);
• Recently graduated from any Bachelor´s Degree or maximum 3 years confirmed experience in PR area.
• Collaboration skills (this position interacts with many partners and different functions).
• Commercial Data & Analytics (Identifies and uses relevant basic data to improve existing plans and drive cost efficiencies).
• Real passion for learning and applying skills to deliver business results;
• Strong analytical skills, and ability to connect the dots;
• Strong communication & collaboration skills;
• Proven leadership skills.
